Lead Back-End Engineer at Mamboo Games (Remote|Fulltime)

Mamboo Games is the flagship in the market of publishers and investors in the Casual and Hyper-Casual Games area. We do not stand still and expand our ideas into a new gaming direction - Cash Games. We are currently looking for a passionate Senior|Tech Lead engineer to design a game Back-End.

You are definitely right for us if:
  • You have experience working in gaming companies and experience working with payment services and you are interested in developing in the domain;
  • You have relevant experience in developing similar platforms;
  • You are a technical leader and architect of complex high-load solutions;
  • You have experience working with micro services;
  • You are excellent at Back-End and know how to support Front-End if you understand that it is necessary;
  • You have experience with DevOps and Cloud Solutions (AWS, k8s, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, etc.);
  • You are a Back-End Guru and in fact, you don’t care what technology to implement the service on, and you understand where it is better to use Go, and where Python or Rust;
  • At heart you are a perfectionist who stands up for the quality of solutions and code, so you actively use testing methodologies;
  • You have a product mindset and understand how business and technical solutions are interconnected;
  • You know how to communicate with colleagues as if they were your customer, and you know how to “pull out" of them the information necessary for work;
  • You are a brave, open person who wants to be involved, heard and influence business;
  • You speak fluent English.

  • Designing a high-load analytical platform for publishing from scratch;
  • Selection of technologies and solutions;
  • Developing High Quality Solutions;
  • Scaling of the technical team;
  • Collaboration with colleagues (technical and non-technical specialists);
  • Maintaining necessary documentation.
